Metal Slitter Hydraulic Tension Station

What is a tension station?
There are many kinds of tension stations. The basic principles are the same in all walks of life, but their design and production will be different due to the different plates. The main function of the Rishbin metal strip tensioner station is to position the strip and apply uniform tension to each strip for rewinding. The tension stations used in the slitting machines like the Jinzheng slitting are all applied to the coiling of metal strips, so the tension stations are generally used in slitting machines, tension levelers, rolling mills, coil polishing machines and other mechanical equipment.
According to the situation learned by Rishbin, the tension station has a roller type and a hydraulic type. The plate roller type tension station is characterized in that it includes a three-roll tension device, a transmission device, and a damping cooling device. The three-roll tension device consists of left and right arches, pressure cylinders, sliding rotators that can slide up and down, horizontal axes, two upper rollers, and a lower roller. Among them, the left and right archways are fixed on the mounting base, and the horizontal axis. One end of the roller and the lower roller is matched with a sliding rotator connected to the upper part of the pressure cylinder. The roller surface of the upper roller and the lower roller is covered with PU material, and is driven via the transmission device to synchronously work at the wire speed. The damping cooling device is connected via a transmission to a three-roller transmission.
The general hydraulic method used by Rishbin's slitter units is also referred to as hydraulic power station for short. Its basic parameters are as follows:
(1) The separation frame adopts steel plate welding. The spindle adopts 40Cr quenching and tempering treatment. The separation septum was separated by a tube meson, and the septum was refined by Cr15 heat treatment.
(2) Press roller: The arch is welded by steel plate. The upper roller is pressed and pressed by two Φ80X100 mm hydraulic cylinders. Roller material: 40Cr quenched and tempered, the specification is Φ130X1850mm.
(3) Tension station: Flat-plate tension force is used to push the upper pressure plate by double cylinders, and the pressure is generated under the pressure to keep the material tightly and neatly. The cylinder size is Φ125X150 mm.
(4) Guide roller: It adopts Φ300X1850mm roller, the surface is treated with nitriding, and it is durable. Both ends are fixed with UCP bearing, so as to ensure the stability of the receiving material.
(5) The feed frame adopts hydraulic lift to facilitate the strip into the winder.
(6) A set of fixed-length encoders (Japan's internal control)
