The Main Structure and Parameters of the Slitter

The following is a detailed introduction of the main structure and related technical parameters of the slitter for everyone. The technical parameters of this section are different for the width and thickness of the material to be processed by the customer. The main parameters of KJS 1.5x1300 slitting line are for reference only.

1. Hydraulic feeding car
Feeding hydraulic trolley: four-column type, frame steel plate welding, V-type trolley, hydraulic lift, cylinder size is Φ100 X350mm, electric walking, the motor is 2.2KW cycloidal needle motor, bearing 5 tons.
2、Hydraulic up and unwinding machine
Features
It supports the coil and provides tension to the steel strip. It is composed of a frame, a main shaft, a retractable reel, an unwinding and pressing device, a brake device, and a power unit.
Structure
a) Main frame: Made of welded section steel, A3 steel plate, and #45 steel forged bearing seat group. After being annealed and qualitatively treated, it will not be deformed; the two bearing blocks will be bored one at a time to ensure the concentricity of spindle installation. Radial runout occurs.
b) Spindle: It is drilled from 40Gr round steel with 85mm diameter through holes, finished with fine-tuning after conditioning. The working surface is 160mm in diameter and 5 tons in weight.
c) Rising and shrinking reel: adopting slider type push-pull expansion reel form; four curved plates, wire cutting slider pair, expansion diameter: Ф460mm-Ф520mm; effective working length of reel 1050mm, overall mandrel guarantees that the reel rises The concentricity of Yamato's narrowing, rolling up to a diameter of 508mm on the lathe car round, hard chromium plating surface.
d) Unwinding and pressing device: Composed of pressing roller, support arm and oil cylinder; pressing roller bread and polyurethane glue, pressing the material head when unwinding, help the material head not to loosen when unwinding, supporting arm Hydraulic cylinder for power lift.
e) Braking device: The pneumatic disc brake assembly can be used to adjust the braking force. When the vehicle is stopped, the brake will be tight and the standby and starting status will not be loosened, so as to avoid scratching the board surface when it is unscrewed.
f) Hydraulic power: push-pull expanding and shrinking mandrel; hydraulic cylinder model specification: FA-Ф100×130mm, adopting rotary joint oil supply; press-feed hydraulic cylinder FA-Ф80×220 mm.
g) Electric power: Uncoiler power adopts 3.7KW AC motor with chain drive (1 set)

3. The transition bridge
It consists of a workbench, an activity bridge, and a raceway mechanism. During the operation of the guide, the transition bridge is advanced. In normal operation, the bridge is launched to store the remaining material between the unwinding machine and the slitter, and the upper and lower limits are controlled by the photoelectric controller.
4. Slitting machine
Slitting mainframe: The racks are all welded by steel plates, and are normalized after annealing. The upper shaft is synchronously lifted. The motor is 0.75 KW cycloidal pin motor, the shaft specification is Φ160 X1050mm, and the material is 42CrMu quenched and processed HRC38°-40°. The fixed arch is 480mm thick, the active arch is 200mm thick, the hydraulic cylinder is driven, the cutter shaft is driven by the universal joint universal joint, and the lateral guide position: four-post manual side guide, both sides can be controlled independently, the adjustment range 200- 1000 mm. Pinch roller: two clips are packaged with NBR, roller diameter 130X1000mm, and hydraulic pressure is synchronously raised and lowered. The drive motor is a 22KW DC motor.
5. edge machine
Edge machine: The transition frame adopts steel and steel plate welding, and it is equipped with three rolling axes, which are supported by two cylinders for lifting and lowering, so that the materials after the stripping can enter the trap pool. Side Feeder: One edge machine is installed on each side of the transition frame, and the main drive adopts 4KW torque motor, conical manual expansion and contraction, and automatic cable function.
6. Transition Bridge

7. Hydraulic power station
1) The separation frame adopts steel plate welding, the main shaft adopts 40Cr quenching and tempering treatment, the separation septum is separated by pipe meson, and the septum is processed by Cr15 heat treatment.
2) Roller: The arch is welded by steel plate. The upper roll is pressed and pressed by two MOBΦ80X100 mm hydraulic cylinders. Roller material: 40Cr quenched and tempered, the specification is Φ130X1000mm.
3) Tension station: Flat-plate tension force is used to push the upper pressure plate by double cylinders, and the tension is generated under the pressure to ensure the tightness of the receiving materials. The size of the cylinder is MOBΦ125X150 mm.
4) Guide roller: Adopt Φ300X1000mm roller, the surface is treated with nitriding, durable; two ends are fixed with UCP bearing, in order to ensure the stability of the receiving material.
5) The feed frame adopts the ferry pressure lift to facilitate the strip into the winder.
8. Hydraulic jaw winding machine
Features
It supports the steel strip and provides enough rolling force. It is composed of a frame, a main shaft, a jaw retracting and retracting drum, a winding separator, a brake device, a deceleration device, and a power part.
Structure
h) Main frame: welded by profile steel, A3 steel plate, and #45 steel forged bearing seats to form a box-type frame; two bearing blocks are bored at a time to ensure the concentricity of the spindle installation without radial beat.
i) Spindle: It is made of 40Gr round steel with 85mm diameter through hole, quenched and tempered and then finished with a car. The work surface is 195mm in diameter and 5 tons in weight.
j) Rising and shrinking reel: adopting slider type push-pull expansion reel form; four cast steel curved plates, wire cutting slider pair, expansion diameter: Ф460mm—Ф508mm; with jaw device, jaw adjustable from 0-5mm Clamp force, reel effective working length 1000mm, the overall mandrel to ensure that when the roll up and narrow concentricity, roll up to 508mm diameter on the lathe car round, hard chromium plating surface.
k) Winding partitioning device: It is composed of spacer roller, support arm and oil cylinder; hard chromium is plated on the spacer roller surface; when the rewinding is completed, the plate strip is accurately positioned and positioned into the take-up reel to ensure that the rewinding tape is neat; hydraulic cylinder power follows The diameter of the reeling material increases, and the hydraulic cylinder model specification: FA-Ф100×200mm.
l) Braking device: The pneumatic disc brake assembly can be used to adjust the braking force. When the vehicle is parked, the brakes can be tightly closed. When the vehicle is opened, it can be released to ensure that neither the standby nor the power-on state can be unscrewed to avoid loosening.
m) Deceleration device: Two pairs of reduction gears are installed in the box-type rack. The box is composed of upper and lower two half boxes to form a box type reducer, which can make the rotation power and the main shaft decelerate to increase the torque. . Combination box reducer is easy to maintain and maintain. It is the most popular method at present. .
n) Electric power: The 45KW DC motor is directly connected through the coupling.
9. Discharge hydraulic trolley
Discharge hydraulic truck: four-lead type, frame steel plate welding, V-type trolley, hydraulic lift, fuel tank specifications for Φ100 X350mm, electric walking, motor 2.2KW Cycloid needle motor, load 5 tons.
10. Hydraulic system
Main structure: welded steel tank, capacity 400KG and various types of hydraulic valve, oil board.
Power: 7.5KW motor direct vane pump (Taiwan), output 30CC, normal pressure 70kg/cm2, maximum pressure: 140kg/cm2
11. Electrical control system
The whole line sequential operation adopts the touch screen control of Japan's Omron PLC program to achieve full-line sequential control. Electronic control console: equipped with three electronic control consoles required by the machine, (one master and two assistants), one-stop operation full line control, line speed adjustment (UK Continental 590 DC speed controller).
