Choosing suitable material according to different material of shearing, there are mainly Cr12MoV, SLD, H13K alloy tool steels with high wear resistance. After forging, leveling, heat treatment, eliminating prestress, re-leveling and final grinding, the overall accuracy is controlled at <0.01 mm to ensure the accuracy of the shear plate.
