Slitting Machine Electrical Control System
The slitters developed by Rishbin include small slitters and large slitters. It can also be based on the customer's material specifications, the development of the corresponding specifications slitting slitting machine. The following will give you an introduction to the electrical control system applied to the slitting production line.
(1)Under the premise of satisfying the basic requirements of technology and mechanical equipment, the electrical system is designed in accordance with the principle of “advanced, applicable, simple operation, and convenient maintenance”.
(2) Voltage level
For the sake of uniformity, the following voltage levels are used across the board
a. AC power voltage: AC380V 50HZ
b. control voltage: AC220V 50HZ
c. Solenoid valve voltage: AC220V 50HZ
(3) Power supply and distribution system
The power input voltage is three-phase AC380V 50HZ
(4) Drive system
All three main powers use electromagnetic speed control motors.
In addition to the above-mentioned several voltage levels, in order to meet the needs of customers, Jinzheng Machinery will also formulate customized electrical control systems for customers according to the domestic and international power standards.
